If: (a) the Purchaser accepts the Seller's Quotation (where the Quotation remains in writing, by executing it); or (b) the Seller accepts the Purchaser's Order, a contract is produced between the parties whereby the Seller offers to the Buyer the Goods on these conditions. 5. After production of the agreement the order for the Goods can only be cancelled by the Buyer if the Seller grant the cancellation and the Buyer repays the Seller for all costs related to the work carried out in relation to the contract and also pays the Seller an amount equivalent to the revenues which the Seller would have attained had the agreement been finished.
6. If the Seller, at any time including after development of the contract, thinks about the credit of the Purchaser unacceptable the Seller might: (a) require security for payment of the Purchase Cost. (b) Keep delivery until such security is gotten, and/or (c) cancel the contract. 7 (Group Training in Brabham ). These conditions (which shall only be waived in writing signed by the Seller) will prevail over all conditions of the Buyer's order to the degree of any inconsistency.

At our option, we may provide surplus materials as a preventative measure against damage or loss. The provision of labour and an appropriate forklift for the discharging of our materials and handling on to the erection site and/or covered storage area is the obligation of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in composing.
13. Where our materials are saved on site for any factor whatever between the time of delivery and the start of setup, the care and defense of such materials is the sole duty of the purchaser (Group Training in henley Brook Western Australia). Where the storage is at a location remote from the setup site, transfer of our products to website is the duty of the purchaser.
14. If the Purchaser needs special packing in relation to the Product it must be concurred to in writing in between the Buyer and the Seller, and the expense of the very same is to the Buyer's account and appropriately will be included in the Purchase Rate. 21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold delivery of any further Product to the Buyer and might end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
